It is on the 3rd floor with elevator.

It consists of a large elegant and refined living room, a beautiful bedroom, a functional kitchen fitted and equipped, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

Located in a courtyard, it is very quiet.

It has all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay.

The apartment is very secured.

This is because to enter the building courtyard, you will need to put a code.

Then another code for the apartment area which only the residents have.

Behind the second door there is also a watchman.

The common space makes you feel like you are in a four star hotel.

This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

• In vocational training

• Professional change

• Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

• In graduate studies

• In apprenticeship contract

• Internship

• Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

Place Vendôme and Place de l'Opéra are only 6 minutes away by foot.

Metro 8, 12 and 14 is two minutes away from the apartment.

Metro 3 , 7 and 8 and RER A is 7 minutes away from the apartment at the station Opéra/ Auber.

Uber, taxi and bus also is available.
