Trocadero Palace

The space

Trocadero Palace is located in a beautiful Haussmanian building.

This large 47m² apartment with magnificent amenities will allow you to have a great medium or long stay in Paris!

It consists of a large elegant and refined living room, a beautiful bedroom with wardrobes, a functional kitchen fitted and equipped, a bathroom with toilet, and a beautiful balcony and relaxing dinatory.

This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

• In vocational training

• Professional change

• Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

• In graduate studies

• In apprenticeship contract

• Internship

• In voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris.

Privileged location close to the Eiffel Tower and Place du Trocadero which offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of Paris.

The square is surrounded by pleasant cafes on one side and the majestic Palais de Chaillot on the other.

There is a lot of very beautiful museums: the Museum of the Navy and its collections of ship models since the 17th century, the Museum of Man and its ethnographic collections, and finally the Museum of French Monuments that will make you discover the monumental art (architecture, sculpture, stained glass) in France for 40 years.

Transportatio

Metro lines 6 and 9 are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.

You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus also.

Other things to note

Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.

In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
