Apartment near Centre George Pompidou

The space

The apartment is located on the 6th floor. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor and then need to walk one flight of stairs.

All the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay:

• Bed linen
• Wireless internet (WiFi) unlimited and free

This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

• In vocational training

• Professional change

• Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

• In graduate studies

• In apprenticeship contract

• Internship

• Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

Or it can be rented for year with notice to vacate of two months.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own wi-fi internet connection and television.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

Very lively district thanks to its many pedestrian streets as well as its many bars and restaurants. The proximity of Les Halles and the Pompidou Center offer you culture and shopping just a few steps from the apartment.

Other things to note

In case the elevator does not work as it has a failure, we released ourselves from all responsibility as this is not our property. All we can do is to contact the elevator company and make them come to repair it.

The apartment is not rented with a letter box or interphone.

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.

In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
