The space

Completely renovated apartment in the super Montorgueil district, famous for its shopping streets and bars.

Located in a courtyard, it is very quiet.

It is on the second floor without elevator.

It has one bedroom with a super comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer.

The dining table give you the sensation as if you are in a Parisian Bistrot.

You can log in on Netflix with your personal account on the smart TV located in the living room.

It is equipped with the latest generation Dyson air purifiers whose technical capabilities go far beyond that of a conventional fan.

It is the only one on the market, tested by the Institut Pasteur, which eliminates 99.95% of particles as fine as viruses.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

Located heart of the capital, the districts of the Marais and Montorgueil allow you to discover the real Paris through their pedestrian streets which are full of shops, bars and typical restaurants. Many museums are nearby.

You will find in the neighborhood and in its walkways very good restaurants, bars, a market of fresh produce every day, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, futures, fishmonger, cheese ...) as well as many theaters.

Transportation

The street in which the apartment is located is semi-pedestrian.
The metro line 3 - station Sentier is just 50 meters away.
At 8 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11and 14 there.
Uber, taxi and bus are also available.

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
