It is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 children thanks to its 3 double rooms including one of almost 30m2.

It is located on the 4th floor with elevator

The apartment has also a balcony.

This apartment is rentable for via (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease".

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

• In vocational training

• Professional change

• Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

• In graduate studies

• In apprenticeship contract

• Internship

• Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

It is located at a stone throw from the Opera Comique.

At one minute away to the famous area Les Grands Boulevards. It very close to Grevin Museum, The French Comedy, Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden, Place Vendôme and Place de l'Opéra.

For shopping addicts: Châtelet-Les-Halles, Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 15-minute walk from the apartment.

In an upscale neighborhood with lots of luxury stores and restaurants.

You are in the center of Paris!

You will be able to visit plenty of famous places by walk.

Transportation

Metro line 8 & 9 are at 2 minutes by walk from the apartment.

Metro line 3 and 7 are 5 minutes away by foot.

RER A located at the station Auber is at 10 minutes away by foot.

Velib and taxi are also very close.

Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

Other things to note

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.

In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.

Note of 11th November 2022 : there will be renovation work in the common areas as from the 28th of November 2022 for a duration of about 6 months.
