This luminous apartment entirely air-conditioned can welcome up to 6 travelers.
It is a modern apartment with a lot of style.
The open kitchen is well equipped to prepare delicious French dishes.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a ensuite shower and toilet.
Elevator access up until the 5th floor and a flight of stairs to the 6th floor.
Pets are not allowed.
This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:
In vocational training
Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
In graduate studies
In apprenticeship contract
Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp.
In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
One minute away from the Saint Germain Boulevard, you will have a lot of choices for bars, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The apartment is walking distance from Odéon, Luxembourg garden and Orsay museum.

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
Notes of 3rd of June 2022 : an owner is doing some renovation work in his apartment on the 5th floor. It may create some noise disturbances.
