The space

Apartment located one minute from Palais de la Bourse.

It is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

It has views on the street.

It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a toilet and a shower.

You will enjoy cooking good meals in a fully equipped kitchen: combined oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.

A washer dryer is at your disposal as well as a Fiber Optic connection.

The dining table gives you the impression of being in a Parisian bistro.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

Located between the Montorgueil area and Les Grands Boulevards, it will allow you to discover the real Paris through their pedestrian streets which are full of shops, bars and typical restaurants.

You will find in the neighborhood and in its walkways very good restaurants, bars, a market of fresh produce every day, and all the shops you may need (bakery, butcher, pastry shop, grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, futures, fishmonger, cheese ...) as well as many theaters.

Many Parisian landmarks are accessible by foot like the Louvre Museum, Opéra, Bourse, Place Vendome, Jardin de Tuileries, Madeleine,...

For those who like shopping, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps is a 15 minute walking from the apartment.

Transportation

Metro line 3 is a 2-minute walk from the apartment at Bourse.
A little further, a 5-minute walk away, you can also take metro line 8 and 9 at Grands Boulevards metro.
At 15 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11and 14 there.
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bicycle and electric scooter..
Uber, taxi and bus are also available.
Visiting Paris has never been easier!
