The space

New apartment ( put into rental on 10 March 2021 ), located very close to the Louvre Museum, Royal Palace and Tuileries Garden.

It is located on the first floor with elevator.

Equipped with double windows, it is very quiet.

The apartment overlooks over both the street and the courtyard. It can accommodate 8 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms with 160 * 200 cm bed and the sofa bed.

The sofa bed has 2 single beds via 2 independent mechanisms.

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

In all, there are 3 bathrooms ( 2 en suite ) and 3 toilets ( 1 en suite ).

A toilet and a bathroom is located in duplex and the adjoining bedroom is located in the mezzanine.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

Located very close to the French Comedy, Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden, Place Vendôme, Place de l'Opéra, Place de la Madeleine, Place Concorde and La Seine.

For shopping addicts: Châtelet-Les-Halles, Center George Pompidou, BHV, Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 15-minute walk from the apartment.

In an upscale neighborhood with lots of luxury stores and restaurants.

You are in the center of Paris!

Transportation

Metro line 1 is at a 3-minutes walk from the apartment at Tuileries station. A little further, at 5-minutes walk away, you can take metro line 7 at Palais - Royal Musée du Louvre and metro line 14 at Pyramides.

At 10-minutes away by foot, you have the metro line 3, 8, 9 and the RER A at Opera/ Auber station.

At 15 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 4 and 11 there.

There are taxis available within a 30 second walk from the apartment.

You can also order an Uber or G7.

You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bicycle and electric scooter.

Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

Other things to note

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. Earlier check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

An official identity document (national identity card or passport) will be requested upon arrival.

Please note that the price of the rental may change for special events such as showroom and shooting.

Information of 18th of December 2023 from the building syndicate: there will be renovation works as from end of January/ start to February to renovate the facades of the building in the courtyard only. This means that the scaffolding will affect the visibility ONLY in the living room, the kitchen and the upstair bedroom. The visibility/ natural lights in the 2 other bedrooms will NOT be affected. The works will be for a period of around 6 months.
The work will take place only during weekdays from 08:00 - 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 - 13:00. During this time frame, there will be noise disturbance. No work on Sundays and public holiday.
