Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage perfekt um Paris auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants in nächster Nähe; geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die Größe der Badezimmer - für größere Personen eine kleine Herausforderung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very Parisian view and quiet at night because windows double glazed. Small things that make a difference had been thought of like washing up liquid and a tea towel. Could do with mirror in second bathroom and single loo awkward with non family member but otherwise perfect.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this apartment - it was well appointed, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Cafe's and bistros on the same block, two metro stops within blocks, great shopping and proximity to sites. We would definitely stay again!

Positive: The location was great. While there were two bedrooms with double beds, the third bed was a pull-out sofa which was very uncomfortable. Negative: The bathrooms were extremely small and contained a lot of mould. Needed to call the manager a few times for various issues. While the issues were eventually sorted out it was frustrating and affected the enjoyment of our stay. Overall, for the price, the apartment did not meet my expectations which was disappointing.

The location was great! Plenty to do in the area, and not far from many of the attractions you want to see. We walked and used the subway mostly. The place was very nice and clean. All the amenities listed were there. My only qualm was the washer dryer. It’s a 2 in 1 so it took a lot of time to both wash and dry. Do make sure you plan accordingly if you plan to use it. The communication and responsiveness of the host was great. They do use their own platform for most directions and communication. But I didn’t find it difficult to grasp. I do recommend this location, and I would stay again

Positive: Perfecte locatie bij de Opera, restaurants en winkels. Het appartement is mooi ingericht, heeft voldoende ruimte, veel licht en leuke balcons. De bedden liggen heerlijk en het is er snachts niet lawaaierig. Negative: Er zijn 2 douches, waarvan 1 gecombineerd met toilet. Alles net te krap. Onze voorkeur zou uitgaan naar een apart toilet en 1 ruime douche.

The apartment is a great location however it is very tired. The bathrooms are tiny and have a bad smell, I think it must be the pipes but they really need some updating. There is only one loo even though there are two showers. The furniture is very tired, we had to ask them to come back and clean after we arrived as some areas had not been hoovered. The apartment is great and the size is good for Paris but it was tired and not very clean. Totally over priced.

Positive: オペラ駅にあるので立地はどこに行くにもとても便利。 暗証番号と鍵で入室できるシステムになっているし、そのやり方も簡便。 何かあればwhat’s up ですぐにスタッフとも連絡が取れるから便利。 Negative: ①シャワーが本当に狭い。 トイレが一緒のシャワーは本当に狭くて使うのが大変。 体をそこで拭くことはできずリビングに出てこないと無理。 トイレ用の小さな洗面台しかないし鏡はないのでそこで髪の毛を乾かしたりはできない。 なのでメインのシャワー室を結局使うことになり、シャワーが2つあることの意味があまりない。 トイレが一つなのも重なった時に不便。 キッチンは広いのに勿体無い感じ。 ②洗濯洗剤が1回分しかない。 4日間いたが洗剤が1回分しかない。 ファミリーだと、子供が汚すので毎日洗濯したいので、結局は自分で洗濯洗剤を持ってきていたのでそれを使った。 ③ゴミは全て自分で捨てる よくあるアパートメントだと、ゴミはまとめておけばOKの所も多いがここは全てのゴミを自分で捨てにいかないとならない。 ゴミの部屋も狭くてよく分からないのでちょっと不便。

Positive: Loved the location of the place. It was pretty central to get around. Getting the keys was a simple process (no waiting or chasing for it). The place was clean and today. Well furnished and free wifi. Loved that it had a clothes washer (since we had a baby). Negative: The only disappointment was that it stated 2 bathrooms (which was our rental criteria). However, there was only one toilet. Rather inconvenient for a family of 5. We did run out of toilet paper but a convenience store was just down the street so helped!

The apartment was clean, neatly decorated and in a great location. However I was frustrated by how little I got for my money: for example, the bathrooms are so small that you can barely use them, view is blocked on all sides by the neighboring buildings, and I was sleeping literally 10 meters away from a busy street (albeit behind double-glazed windows). I have lived in Paris, and also used Airbnb there extensively, and I found this place was really overpriced for what it is and I felt played. Additionally, after I paid on airbnb, the managing agency required that I set up an account on their in-house webapp -they said, over automated messages outside airbnb, that they would not allow me to use the apt otherwise- which collected a vast amount of very intrusive personal data. Not only this data is a duplicate of what I already gave airbnb, but they store it on their private system which I don’t know or trust. It was cumbersome, and I guess probably breaching the airbnb contract.

Positive: Great apartment with very comfortable beds. Being equipped with air conditioning is just a great. Having the balcony also is just marvellous. Having a fully equipped kitchen + washing machine made the stay very comfortable also. It felt more nicer than on the pictures. We felt very safe in the surrounding which is very central and located at a stone throw from the Opera. All tourist attractions are within walking minutes due to the central localisation. Bakeries located 2 minutes by foot to get fresh croissant and baguettes. Loved the stay will surely come back. Negative: Everything was perfect.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 26 Rue de 4 Septembre. Our kids loved the view from the wrap around balcony and the authenticity of staying in a "real" Paris apartment. The directions to the apt and access instructions with pictures were very simple. The apt had everything we needed from clothes washer to guidebooks to umbrellas. Very well stocked. For a family of five, this was really a great value as we would have had to book two separate hotel rooms. We saved money and we were able to stay in one place. Yes, sometimes we had to wait to use the one toilet but we knew that before renting so we can't complain. It was surprisingly very quiet at night and in the mornings. We felt very safe and didn't see anyone else in the building during our stay. Lastly, there's the most amazing patisserie a stone's throw from the apt. We ate their every morning and grabbed sandwiches for the road or snacks for later on in the evening when our teenage boys were still hungry.

Neighborhood and the apartment were great. However the company was not family friendly. Although baby beds were listed in the amenities section next to free amenities such as hangers, they charged us $80 USD for two baby beds and pointed to a link outside of Airbnb with the price. Since the retail price of a baby bed is $40 USD, this was ridiculous. Additionally, they called us to see when we were coming and could actually see us in the bottom of the metro stop from their offices in a building above it. Even though it was raining and they knew we were traveling with two small children (2 years old and 4 months old), and again they were on the phone and looking at us commenting on our luggage, they didn’t come out with umbrellas or escort us to the door. We had to walk down the street in the rain and the door numbers jumped making it difficult to find.

They accommodated my very last min stay which was amazing. There was some banging noise for the first two nights from living room area and the AC in the bedroom makes loud sounds when it’s on. There was only 2 pods of coffee but it was fine because we just went out and bought some ourselves. The bathrooms are quite small and there is only 1 toilet. The lock on the door is very tricky but ok once you figure out how to get it to open.

This apartment is located in a convenient location close to the opera. The company (Habitat Parisien) is very responsive by message and email!! The photos represent the apartment reasonably fairly, though the furniture has seen better days and should be replaced, ideally with a little more character in the main sitting area where there is a solitary worn sofa-bed. The AC in the inside bedroom is quite noisy but works. Two weeks ago we had rented another place in the Madeleine area close by which was an equally good location, but better appointed (furniture, decor) and half the price, so the value proposition of this place is an open question. We did enjoy our stay overall and we spent much of our time outdoors, so we were happy.

What a beautiful Parisien apartment! It was perfect for our stay. The host was very accommodating on a very short notice (our previous place with a different host was cancelled at the last minute). Communication was excellent and it was better than the pictures indicated. The location was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely return when we visit Paris again.

Amazing place!! Right in the center of Paris, close to the opera house. Beds were very comfortable and there were a lot of extra towels which was very helpful since we were 5 people! The view from the balcony was beautiful and restaurants and shopping nearby! Definitely recommend for anyones stay in Paris.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb the views from the balcony were just breathtaking… it is a perfect distance from anywhere the opera house, the Louvre and about 40 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. There is so many restaurants and shops right by! We were able to drop our bags off and shop around before check-in absolutely great service!

This flat was incredible value for our stay in Paris. Conveniently located a short walking distance to the opera and Galleries Lafayette and so many restaurants, and shops. And the street is so quiet during the day and night, considering how close it is to the hustle and bustle of tourism. Habitat Persien responded to our questions promptly. All the ammenities worked well and having a dishwasher was an amazing feature. And the balcony?!?! *chefs kiss*. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Расположение. Очень близко от оперы 1 минута пешком. Но это имеет свои минусы т.к. всю ночь напролет и днем слышно метро под домом прозжает каждые 2 минуты. Спасть невозможно шумно и из улицы шум машин, и из под земли шум метро. Реально ад, а не квартира. Если открыть окна то гул невыносимый, а если закрыть то душно нет вентиляции нормальной. Negative: Ужасные санузлы. Размеры точно как в самолете - не развернуться. Да и вдобавок всего 1 туалет - а не 2.... При чем нет замка. Постоянно кто-то может зайти случайно к Вам в туалет... Это ужас ужасный а не квартира. За такие деньги я находил намного лучше варианты. НО т.к. тут были не плохие отзывы взял эту квартиру и очень пожалел. Хозяева хамы - на наши замечания о том, что не закрывается туалет на замок - ответили нам дословно;"Можем , дать Вам табличку - занято".Это какими надо быть , чтоб такое предлагать?????????

We loved this apartment. It was above and beyond our expectations. The location was very Central and not too far from anything. It was also very safe. The beds were comfortable and the balcony views were very Parisian! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung - Ausstattung, Lage und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber waren toll! Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 Gehminuten von der Oper und ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Louvre entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten zum Ausladen des Gepäcks problemlos für kurze Zeit vor dem Haus halten. Einen Parkplatz hatten wir zuvor in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus (ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt) reserviert. Der Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war sehr gut erklärt und funktionierte reibungslos. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten entsprachen einem sehr guten Hotelstandard, Duschgel, Shampoo, Seife und Handtücher waren vorhanden. In der Küche fand sich neben der beschriebenen Ausstattung auch Kaffekapseln, Zucker, Salz & Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs etc. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, die Duschen aber grosszügig bemessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen!

I did not have a good experience with our stay and this host. Safety hazard in the apartment -- long rusty nails lying between the floorboards which injured my wife's foot. The place was dirty: brown stains in the toilet, both bathrooms smelled like sewage, dirty floor and the broken dirty mop couldn't help clean the floor, even after four attempts, nothing like what they advertised as "enhanced covid clean / professional clean". The sofa and rug in the living room were also not the ones in the photo, but much scruffier and stained. The day before we were due to check in, we requested to postpone our check in by one day, but the host waited until after the free cancellation window had ended to reply to us, saying it was too late, and he refused to refund it. He usually responded to us over eight hours later, rather than within one hour as it says on his profile. The lift in the building was too small for prams / wheelchairs / large suitcases. It was the only lift we found in Paris that did not fit our pram and we ended up dragging it up and down the staircase throughout our stay. We tried to resolve the problems with him, but he just called me a liar and then stopped responding, and now Airbnb is having to get involved. I do NOT recommend this host. Worst Airbnb / hotel experience ever.

Beautiful apartment at a great location.
After seeing the pictures, we booked the apartment. The apartment looked even better in real life than on the pictures. Wow! At this apartment you lack superlatives. It has a real wow factor. It's in a beautiful old building with a small elevator. In the building are small businesses and apartments. The subway is only a few meters walking away. We parked the car in the parking garage near Bourse. On a site we could park our car for a few tens ( euro) for a few days. Beware: At the moment only one-way traffic in the street. The apartment has lots of natural light, beautiful original wooden floors, high ceilings and a balcony all around. Many compliments to the stylist, functional furniture with a pretty design and beautifully styled. Also the lamps are very well chosen. They give a feeling of luxury. There are two refrigerators and a washing machine with drying function. And for coffee lovers there is also a Nespresso machine with cups. The apartment feels like home. The living room is spacious. So are the bedrooms. The air conditioning keeps it nice and cool during the summer. Small disadvantage are the two bathrooms, which are really on the small side. The location is perfect. Less than 15 minutes walk to the Louvre, 8 min walk to the famous department stores. And 30 minutes walk to the shops on the left bank. Opposite the apartment is a restaurant/bar With a terrace where it is always nice to sit. At about 700 meters walking , just past Bourse there is a nice and hip Italian restaurant:Popolare where you can eat delicious pizzas. Please make a reservation in advance. They also have a terrace. Just before Popolare, there is a very good baker: Eric Kaiser. For a fresh baguettes or something else tasty. Also within walking distance are two supermarkets. Would we stay here again? Certainly! Really a beautiful apartment on a great location. Owner: please maintain the appartement well. And fix the little things we shared with you.
