The place is super comfortable and very cosy. The space in the rooms for the bathroom has been used quite efficiently. We were three women travelling together who had their each individual room and had ample space to ourselves. The support provided for any of our questions throughout was very prompt. The area is safe and very well located. I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Paris. The host is amazing and very helpful!

Beautiful, spacious apartment! Came to Paris for a girls trip and we all very much enjoyed are stay here -- plenty of room to have our own room & spread out plus a large main room to hang out together. All the amenities you need. It's in a great location if you plan to hit the Louvre / surrounding area. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. The location worked well for us as we had our 2 1/2 year old daughter with us and the Palais-Royal Garden was only a short walk from here. The rooms were comfortable and the appartment had everything we needed including an iron and ironing board and plenty of fridge space. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well! Would definitely book again!

The apartment was very nice for our family to stay together. There was some construction and during the week that was annoying but we dealt with it. We could not figure out the washer/dryer but we didn't need it all that much anyway. Overall a very nice place with easy access to everywhere. We enjoyed the neighborhood.

Просторная квартира в центре Парижа. Мы останавливались семьей с 3 детьми. Всем хватило места) Новый ремонт. Удобно, что в каждой спальне есть ванная комната. Были запасные полотенца. Пол в душе очень холодный. Стиральная машина и посудомойка облегчают пребывание с детьми. На кухне было оливковое масло, чай, Сахар и соль. Но к сожалению, не было ни одной бутылки воды. Комфортные матрасы и новое постельное белье. Отдельно отмечу чистый подъезд без неприятных запахов, что часто бывает в старых домах. Дружелюбные соседи. Кому-то может быть важным шумоизоляция , потому напишу, что звук слышен из каждой комнаты. Также в подъезде велотренажеры , откуда слышен шум. Нас это не беспокоило. Шума с улицы не было вообще. В целом квартира была чистой : ванная, унитазы. В шкафах были грязные ватные палочки и клок волос из расчески. Месторасположение квартиры максимально удобное.

Beautiful place and ideal location to explore Paris
Positive: This is a beautiful, spacious unit, a stone's throw from the Bourse metro, which made it so convenient to explore Paris. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The Nespresso machine with pods was a huge plus. Many excellent dining options in the immediate area. We loved the location - easy walk to the Louvre and nearby museums. Negative: The wifi was connected to a hallway light in the master bedroom; when we turned off the light, the wifi would turn off which was a bit strange and inconvenient. It was wired into that outlet; we could not move the wife unit when we realized this. When contacting the management office, they suggested moving the wifi unit and did not realize it was secured into that location. This was not a huge deal.

Magical stay!
Positive: Beautiful, charming, clean and traditional Parisien flat, I could not recommend more ! Location was perfect for us - a stone’s throw away from great bars, restaurants and shops. Everything you could want really. Plenty of boulangeries around too which we loved. The line 3 metro was a min walk away which was handy for getting to different areas of Paris. I had pleasant exchanges with the Habitat Parisien team - they were quick to reply to all of my questions, even before my arrival. Check-in was super easy with a keybox, I was sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat. Other than that, gorgeous interior that looked just like the photos if not more impressive in person. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Some essentials like coffee/tea/oil provided too which was appreciated. The balcony was a highlight, even in the cold I managed to enjoy the view over Paris, would love to return in summertime ! Negative: Great apartment

Beautiful, stylish, centrally- located apartment. Well stocked with dishes and utensils. Great for a family or three couples as all bedrooms had their own en suite. Everything was new and in impeccable condition. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We loved staying here and will be back!

When we walked into the apartment, the sheer size of it surprised me because of the previous experiences we've had with tiny Parisian apartments. The apartment itself matches the description and pictures given, is clean and the three bedrooms are equipped with most of the amenities required for a week-long stay. The location is on a side-street (next to a Michelin starred restaurant) adjacent to the high street thereby allowing for a peaceful environment without missing out on what the city has to offer. There are two metro stations close by and is walking distance (15mins) to the Louvre. While ordering Uber/Bolt, the narrow street will prove to be a challenge (we'd hold up traffic) but booking it from the high street is an alternative. All in all, we loved our stay and will definitely recommend this to other travellers looking for a spacious apartment in the heart of the city. P.S. The elevator is definitely a huge bonus!

This is a lovely apartment. It was perfect for us. Having a bathroom with every bedroom is a real plus! The location is great, with lots of very friendly bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The air conditioning was great as we stayed during a few hot days. I would definitely stay here again.

Just want to say our group of 5 had the most comfortable and beautiful stay at Nicolas’s apartment! Not only was it beautiful and well kept, the overall feel felt so homey that we didn’t want to leave! I give their property a 5/5 and definitely hope to visit again! The AC was really great as each room had its own system and controller which was a must for the hot Paris heat! The building was very secure and beautiful. The elevators were great for the luggage haul! There were many great eateries within a few minute walk and so much to do and see! I can’t say enough good things about the apartment, the location, and the overall feel! I’m a huge skeptic and this place does not disappoint!

AWESOME STAY!! This place is brand new and stylish. It is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The apartment is perfectly clean and equipped in appliances. 3 bedrooms with 3 toilets and 3 shower, spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen makes me feel like home. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. High debit internet is available. Although, it is located in a dynamic area, the apartment is very calm and the beds are just more than comfortable. Not to exaggerate : one of my best sleep!! The A/C really give a real comfort in summer. Habitat Parisien Team especially Louisa and Chantal were very responsive to our questions and also gives us some tips about the vicinity and local recommendations. Felt very secured in the area. Highly recommended!! It was beyond my expectations! Thank you very much again.
