Great place to stay! Close to Paris attractions, restaurants, a small supermarket, the train station, metro, etc. Did most of my trip walking around and the location was great for it. Host can also keep your luggage in another location before/after your stay, which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Una estancia genial. En nuestro caso llegábamos muy tarde a París y necesitábamos un par de cosas que Alicia y Nicolás no dudaron en hacernos y nos facilitó mucho la llegada con niños. La ubicación es muy buena, lo hicimos todo a pie. Y las instrucciones de checkin muy claras. El apartamento está recién reformado y con mucho gusto, perfecto para una familia de 4. No le falta detalle, hay de todo para poder hacer cenas en el apartamento. La cama de la habitación supercómoda, tollas suaves y grandes y excelente limpieza. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Terrible place with extremely lousy renovations
Positive: No comment Negative: The bathroom tap was broken when we checked in but they charged me 500 euros for repairing their issue. The tap/pipe was already broken off the wall and water was leaking and exploding so I had to push it and tried to close it. As a result the tiles were even broken with the water pressure. They now accused me for breaking the tap only because I tried to stop the water from exploding. I had downstair neighbour came up and complained the water was leaking even in their house. This is not my fault. How can I even manage to break the pipeline with what?

We had the most wonderful weekend stay at Nicolas’ place. Despite some of the reviews commenting that the space is small, it is absolutely perfect - a standard size apartment for Paris, in a beautiful location and great transport links to both Gare du Nord and the main attractions. There are stunning bars and restaurants minutes away - the Seine is about 25 minutes walk in total along some stunning Parisian streets. There were three of us together but the apartment sleeps four and could quite easily fit four adults! We will definitely stay here again, check in and check out was really easy, the hosts were responsive - overall my best stay in Paris to date. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Nicolas!

We had such a fantastic stay at Nicolas’s place! The apartment is newly renovated and everything was brand new and working fantastically! It was super clean and the bed was super super comfortable! Also the towels were so nice and soft! The location is super great too! Walkable to everything and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around to buy stuff to fix up quick at home. The apartment is full of plates, dishes, cups and everything you need, also cooking pots and pans! Which we made a few meals with. Perfect home away from home!

Positive: Location was good, near the Maire, and great bars and restaurants near the house. Subway station was near by the house and easy to take bus also. House was clean and have a looot of towels. Interior was very french and warm. Dish washer and laundury machine is very new and easy to use. Negative: A little tiny than I expected. Also Becaus of a props and interior things, hard to put my stuff. Really hard to expect to get assiatance from staff although it is not that cheap.

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, stylish apartment. The location was perfect for easy walking access to everywhere we wanted to visit in Paris. The hosts were helpful and responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our baby. The huge comfy bed was particularly appreciated!

I stayed with my sister and a friend in this apartment for 3 nights. Since we arrived super late, we chose the flexible check-in. It was super easy. The apartment is stunning, just like in the photos!!! We loved it from the second we got in and we felt at home (almost like we were Parisians ourselves :D ). The kitchen is well equipped (salt, pepper, dishwasher includings tablets, coffee machine incl. coffee capsules, etc.). Everything you need for a short stay. The bedroom has storage room for your clothing, as well as a tv to connect with any app. The bathroom was perfect too with a very nice style. There were more than enough towels for each of us. There was really nothing missing in this apartment. You can also find a floor to ceiling mirror to check your outfit before going outside. The lighting of this apartment was also a highlight, super comfy and a chill vibe. Around the corner you find everything you need, from cafes to bars to restaurants! I can highly recommend! 12/10

Location is great to get sub easily. Almost all locations are accessed with 30 mins by walking. Inner decoration, fully equipment everything is nice but the soundproof is not enough. If you are good sleeper then it's perfect accommodation for you.

Positive: Highly recommend. Beautiful, well-furnished, modern space in a great location. Comfy bed, good shower, fast wifi and lovely kitchen - all round fantastic place. It was pristinely clean when we arrived and showed in by one of the team. Excellent customer service, someone was always on hand to help / answer my questions which was very handy ! The description and photos are super accurate and the place is very fairly priced for what it is, you can tell it’s been recently renovated. The flat is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities (museums, bars, restaurants, shops). It’s really right in the centre of Paris, well connected to all the spots I’d planned to visit ! I will for sure be back ! Negative: All was perfect

What a spectacular stay we had in this apartment. Absolutely gorgeous interior, the place felt super clean, cozy and new, but still with the charm of an old Parisien style apartment building. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for cooking, as well as washing machine etc. The location was great, situated right in the hustle and bustle of Paris - I liked being an arms length from shops, restaurants, cafés etc. The area is central whilst still feeling very safe which I appreciated. The hosts were reactive and helpful, they answered to all my questions promptly and were accommodating, even leaving champagne and macarons at the start of my stay. I could not recommend this flat more ! I hope to visit again soon. Thank you Habitat Parisien Team :)
