Pristine apartment. Very nice linens. There is construction in the building and across the street, which can be noisy. There is spin studio in the basement, which is also a little loud. It is a mixed office and apartment building, so a lot of people come and go and seem to have easy access to the building.

Newly renovated, beautiful, and comfortable apartment. Enjoyed staying here, especially after a long day out sightseeing. Had to do a little bit of work as well and it was a joy to spend an afternoon doing so in this apartment. Easy check in, responsive host company, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of storage, and the apartment was impeccably clean. Oh, and of course there's not one, but two wonderful terraces from which to glimpse the top of the Eiffel Tour and enjoy a glass of wine! Highly recommend!

This apartment is spacious, well decorated, private, and full of creature comforts. It’s convenient to get to and get inside - plus there’s an elevator for those with luggage. Our host was responsive and accommodating! The unit has a well appointed modern kitchen, large living room and a very pleasant couch bed, and two terraces off each room (the building across was under development so with no one occupying, it felt very private). The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage and the bathroom was updated and big enough to share with 3 people. It feels great retiring from a day of walking and sightseeing in Paris to this space, I’d absolutely stay here again.

The flat is precisely as described…spacious, cleanly, chic yet historic and filled with Parisian character. The lift was a bonus as we were traveling with two teens and had heavy carry-on’s. This apartment sleeps 4 comfortably. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable (slept so well) and there are heavy drapes in case you want to sleep in. Although we weren’t able to get an early checkin, we were welcomed to leave our bags in the office which felt very safe and not at all like an imposition. We were in London by the time I realized I lost my glasses. Reached out to Nicolas and he responded immediately and held them until I could pick them up once we were back in Paris. He went above and beyond and I was incredibly grateful. I will not hesitate to book this flat again.

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in den Osterferien dort. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und wir sind zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen. Geparkt haben wir gleich gegenüber im Bourse Parkhaus. Eine Ubahn Station ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist in einem Tip Top Zustand, von sehr guter Qualität und mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lies sich für unser Kind jeden Tag sehr unkompliziert in ein richtiges Bett verwandeln. Auf dem Balkon lies sich wunderbar zum Ende des Tages bei einem Glas Wein entspannen. Wir hatten eine Nacht bei der ein Anwohner die Musik aufgedreht hat, aber das war einmalig und das kann überall mal passieren. Prinzipiell war die Wohnung sehr ruhig und wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Die Abwicklung von Nicolas und Team vor und nach unserer Reise war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Wir werden wieder kommen!

The apartment is super well located. Plenty of good restaurants around it, you can walk to all kinds of places to sightsee. The walls are a bit thin but me, who usually is annoyed by these kinds of things was not. The view is wonderful, especially from the balconies. Our kids loved the sparkling Eiffel Tower. All the cleaning supplies are available, which makes it easy to maintain clean and comfortable rooms. Dishwasher, laundry machine/dryer, vacuum. The apartment itself was very clean as well, bed comfortable, clean linens and towels. We had a small glitch checking in, but they were super responsive and it was sorted immediately. I highly recommend the place, perfect for a couple or a family with small kids (be mindful of the balconies). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, it made our stay in Paris even more special.

We loved the appartment, the decor is really tasteful and it is in a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. A big plus for this appartment is the two terrasses with a view over the rooftops and even a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower! All the instructions for check in/out were crystal clear (with photos), as well as for all appliances. The host was wonderful, very responsive to questions and they even helped us book restaurants. Very enjoyable experience all in all!

Жилье абсолютно новое на январь 2024 года, все супер свежее, чистое, даже нетронутое человеком. Прохладно зимой, но батареи греют хорошо. Две симпатичные террасы, большая кухня-гостиная, спальня и душевая. Все отлично! Благодарим за прекрасные аппартаменты!

Loved this place! HUGE for Paris, super clean and modern, right in the 2nd arr so lots of restaurants and a metro super close. The check-in instructions were extremely clear and helpful. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

This wonderful place is absolutely perfect for a couple. From the personal welcome and incredibly thoughtful gift as the rental’s first guests our arrival was flawlessly executed. The apartment is even nicer than the posted images. It is very tastefully decorated and the dual balconies with views of the Tour Eiffel are the pièce de résistance. The furniture is well selected and comfortable. The bed exceeds the quality of any rental that we have experienced and the linens, plus extra duvet and pillows were also of noted quality. The kitchen is very well stocked and all other amenities are included and well thought out. Having a nice washing machine and dishwasher are convenient for extended stays such as ours. The neighborhood and location are excellent and convenient to most of Paris. Of particular note are the wonderful restaurants literally outside your door; there is a Michelin 1 star on the bottom floor. Shopping is decent within a ten minute walk. We will return
