The space

This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

in vocational training; professional change or temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers);

in graduate studies; in apprenticeship contract; internship or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

Guest access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

Guest interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

The neighborhood

Very lively area thanks to its numerous pedestrian streets as well as its numerous bars and restaurants. The nearby Halles and Center Pompidou offer culture and shopping just a few steps from the apartment .

There's a comprehensive review which made me book this place, thanks to the writer :D The apartment is amazing for two/three people, lots of good points, natural lighting and weather circulation, good view, fantastic location with everything nearby, EVERYTHING!, enough facilities, good check-in and -out. Only the cleaning of the blankets and beds might need a consideration. But most of them were good! Thank you Sr. Nicolas, I really enjoyed the loft which is the type of my favourite type, and I would recommend it for stay! Hope I get the chanceto stay here again.
