This charming one-bedroom apartment, with a generous 43 square meters of living space, opens onto an illuminated living room with two large windows. The bedroom, a real cocoon of peace, is furnished with care to ensure a restful night's sleep. What's more, the bedding, worthy of the finest hotels, ensures optimum comfort, inviting you to relax and unwind.

This haven of well-being is fully equipped to meet your every need. Air conditioning and heating let you regulate the temperature to suit your preferences, while the modern, functional kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals.

We guarantee that all of the equipment and top-of-the-range household appliances provided in the flat will contribute to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

The shower and the toilet is located in the bedroom.

High speed fiber optic internet is at your disposal. Towels and linens are provided.

It is located on the second floor without elevator.

Pets are not allowed.

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival of will organise a very easy self check-in for you.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp message.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

Le Grand Rex is located at a stone throw.

The Grevin Museum is just 10 minutes away by foot from the apartment.

The Montorgueil area is 5 minutes by foot from the apartment.

The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 14 minutes walking distance.

The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day.

Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just 13 minutes away by foot.

This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco.

For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 18-minute walk from the apartment.

Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...

We also advise you to visit the external tourist places of Paris such as the Château de Versailles and Disneyland.

You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located two minutes away by foot from the apartment.

Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.

It is possible to access the accommodation outside these hours, depending on availability and with an additional cost.
