Un gioiellino
Positive: Appartamento bellissimo, essenziale ma molto elegante. Silenziosissimo pur trovandosi in una strada vivace, piena di negozi e di vita. Organizzato in modo ineccepibile, dotato di tutto, compreso lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Organizzazione di chek in, out e permanenza perfetti. Considerando che ho dovuto prenotare in 5 minuti a causa di una cancellazione di volo con possibilità di lasciare la Francia solo 3 giorni dopo il previsto e con 3 figli con me, trovare un luogo così curato mi ha permesso di trasformare un inconveniente non da poco in una vacanza non prevista ma bellissima. Metro Sentier a pochi passi, market, panetterie, formaggerie, caffè, negozi, frutta e verdura bellissimi, tutto sotto casa. Negative: Solo una cosa. Sarebbe bene specificare che la scala per accedere ad appartamento è angusta. A seconda di età, problemi fisici, bimbi molto piccoli o bagagli molto grandi, può rappresentare un problema. Giusto indicarlo nella descrizione, basta saperlo e uno decide. Metterei un microonde. Sono comunque dettagli per un appartamento bellissimo in una via a dir poco straordinaria.

Positive: The location is awesome! The apartment was nice and clean. The bedroom queen bed is very comfortable, but the pull-out sofa bed is best suited for a child and not comfortable for an adult. It is probably best suited for a couple or couple with a small child. Negative: During our stay, neither the dishwasher nor one of the small fridges worked. We requested help with the dishwasher but never had anyone come to repair it or look at the issue. It would be nice for there to be either coat or towel hooks in the bathroom or bedroom, and there was not luggage rack in the apartment.

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights and had a great time, the apartment is as described and clean but a bit more “used” than expected. We had some issues with the dishwasher but the host was responsive and sent someone to help quickly. The area has lots of restaurants and shops so we got plenty of options for food and coffee. Overall we had a positive experience and would stay with Habitat Parisien again!

The airbnb was awesome! Went with 3 friends for 3 days in December and we had a fantastic time! It was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Many bakeries, cafes, chocolate and sweets shops, markets, and bars on the same street. Very safe to walk throughout the entire day and even late night. Took morning walks before sunrise and in the evenings every day. Night life is great! The apartment is on the second floor and you will need to go up and down spiral stairs, but you get used to it. We walked a lot and the metro was super close. Louvre is also pretty close. I highly recommend this place and would come back again! The host company was very responsive!

Positive: We arrived at the property office in the morning. Since check in was later that afternoon, they let us leave our luggage. They were very polite and spoke English. They gave us some recommendations for food in the area. After return we got our luggage and walked a short while to the apartment. The street is the best part. What an amazing street. Tons of food and close to shopping. Since we were visiting during the 2023 protests, we knew transportation would be rough. We wanted to stay close to everything. When we didn't take a subway, we rented bikes and scooters. But most of the time, we walked. The area felt very safe. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4. The shower was a full size with doors! It was nice to have a water closet so one person could shower and the other could...you know. The pull out couch was comfortable and we didn't have any complaints from the teens. The Netflix was nice to have so we could watch before bed. We didn't cook, but we did use the Nespresso. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Negative: I didn't like the stairs, but they were not hard to handle. I would tell myself that I could have another treat from the patisserie.

Positive: unbelievable location. could not get any better. street is full of restaurants and bakeries and shops and PEOPLE. it is not a tourist street but a neighborhood market. fantastic Parisian experience. get a pastry for breakfast then see some museum/site during day and return for “happy hour” (many of the cafes have drink special 5 euro pints or glass of wine from 5-9) to sit outside and watch action then finish with dinner around 8 or 9. sleep and repeat. what could be better. makes you want to move be to Paris. very close to several Metro stations and walk to several sites and museums including Louvre and Seine. Negative: couch was a bit worn out. finishings are basic and not high end feeling which you might expect for price. no paper towel, tissues or napkins.

We had a lovely stay 4 night stay here! Pros: - Excellent location. Less than 10 minute walk to one the biggest metro stations downtown which can take you to the airport and lots of major Paris sites. The street is lined with shops/restaurants and felt very safe arriving home late. Nice playground near there too - the apartment is spacious! - the shower was large and we really liked that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms. - Lots of towels provided - host let us check out a few minutes late, thank you :) Needs improvement: - the kettle to heat water appeared dirty so we heated water in a pot for tea instead - there was no coffee. We did contact the host about this and there should have been, so this was probably just a one time mistake!

Positive: מיקום מעולה. איזור מלא חנויות, מסעדות ובתי קפה. כל מה שצריך נמצא מתחת לבניין. ליד מרכז פומפידו שם יש תחנת רכבת גדולה ואפשר להגיע בקלות לכל מקום. הדירה במצב מצויין והתקשורת היתה קלה מול המארחים ענו מהר לכל שאלה. הדירה עורפית ולכן היא שקטה ואין רעש מהרחוב. אומנם נמצאת מול בניין אחר שאפשר לראות הכל אבל יש וילונות אטומים. Negative: הבעיה העקרית בדירה היא המדרגות הדירה בקומה 2 המדרגות מאד צרות וקטנות. היינו 3 בנות וזאת היתה משימה מאד קשה להעלות ולהוריד את המזוודות. שאלנו אם יש להם מישהו שיכול להגיע לעזור לנו ולצערנו לא היה. צריך לתת אפשרות לתוספת עבור שירות כזה. בנוסף המזרנים לא הכי נוחים במיוחד המיטה הנפתחת בסלון.

The street is full of lovely restaurants and cheese/wine shops, its a 20 mins walk to Louvre. Our weekend stay turned out to be better than we ever imagined thanks to the location.

Space itself was very clean and well laid out. While the street was super busy with retail bustle the apartment was very quiet as it was set back from the st. The whole family slept great and enjoyed our stay.

It was so nice to have a washer AND DRYER as well. Great decor and comfy bed. Perfect for two people. Please note there are a few flights of narrow stairs to reach the unit so keep that in mind if you’ve got a lot of luggage or someone with you that would have trouble navigating.

Our stay at the Montorgueil Suite was very pleasant.
Positive: The property is located in a very central location which allows for easy access to public transportation, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is also in a quite quiet environment. The kitchen and bathroom is equipped with everything you need for cooking and bathing. For example, oil, salt/pepper, vinegar, pots/pans, soap, bar soap, shower gel, and hair dryer are all included. Negative: This property is in a building with a very steep and narrow spiraling staircase which can be difficult to access for those who have issues with walking and large suitcases. However, this was not an issue for my family and I as we only had carry-on bags.

Positive: Dit is een prachtig modern appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De ligging - in 2e arrondissement- is perfect en van hieruit kun je heerlijk slenteren door Parijs. De verhuurder zie je niet maar regelt alles via online berichten. Negative: Bij aankomst ging de voordeur met de ontvangen code open, maar in de beschrijving die we hadden ontvangen stond niets over de locatie van de sleutelkluis. Die konden we dan ook niet vinden. Na een telefoontje was ook dit snel opgelost.

Great location on a lovely street with many cafes and shops. Easy walking distance to most major tourist attractions. The space was clean, as advertised and very spacious. The stairs are steep so hauling luggage up and down was a bit of a hassle. My only concern was a mix up with check in instructions that necessitated calling the management company. They responded immediately and the rest of the process was smooth. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Paris.

Positive: La ubicación en una calle peatonal céntrica, se puede ir andando a todas partes. La calle muy animada con muchas tiendas de alimentación y restaurantes, sin turistas. El apartamento como en las fotos, amplio, nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Llegamos muy tarde, asi que hice el check-in online y me enviaron claves para acceder. Negative: Las ventanas dan a un patio interior, pero también es positivo porque no hay ruido. Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento incómodas, sobre todo con maletas grandes.

Hem passat un molt bon cap de setmana llarg en família (una parella i nadó + un adult i nadó). L’apartament era més gran del que ens semblava a les fotos, net i molt ben situat per passejar pel Marais, anar al Pompidou i fins i tot per fer una caminada tranquil•la cap a Montmatre (40 minuts) o al Quartier Latin/Notre Dame (30 minuts). El llit i el sofà-llit eren molt còmodes. El carrer hi ha un munt de restaurants, botigues d’alimentació i supermercats. Nosaltres cada nit vam fer take-aways de restaurants del mateix carrer. Malgrat que no vam tenir una persona que ens rebés, ens van enviar un manual per entrar i comunicació ha estat sempre molt fluida. No és massa pràctic per viatjar amb cotxets ja que l’apartament està al segon pis i les escales són bastant estretes. A l’espai on es deixen les escombraries (planta baixa) alguns veïns hi deixen els cotxets, però nosaltres no ho vam veure fins l’últim dia i tampoc sabíem si els hi podíem deixa. Així mateix, vam tenir la mala sort que a la primera nit els veïns de dalt van organitzar una festa amb música altíssima que es va allargar fins a les 6 del matí. Aquella nit a les nenes els va costar dormir i els adults no vam dormir gens. Per sort, les altres dues nits van ser tranquiles i vam poder descansar.

Great apartment, with the most perfect location in Paris. You will walk right out on a street with no cars, and a lot of great restaurants and small shops - yo can buy wine, cheese, chocolate, vegetables and fruit, bread and other delicacies. We really enjoyed sitting at the restaurant across the street eating escargots and drinking wine, watching the world go by. You can take a train directly form Charles de Gaulle to Chatelet les Halles, wich is only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is placed away from the street, so it is quiet. It is clean and nice, and check in was very smooth. There was basic amenities and equipment in the kitchen, and a lot of towels. Would definitely come back.

Positive: Great location. Even though rue Monorgeuil is full of bars, the apartment is completely noise-free. It has double-glass windows that keep it very warm during winter - according to my previous experience this is something important but not given by default in Paris, especially for accommodations in the center of the city. Overall great value. Negative: The apartment is much smaller than it looks on the photos (as it often happens). I’d suggest owners add surface in square feet/meters to the listing. Also, the listing contains photos of two (or more) suites, which is confusing. We had to wait 20 minutes at the door outside for the lady with the keys to do check-in - even though we exchanged calls and messages about our ETA.

Positive: La tranquilidad pese a estar en una de las calles con más comercios y restaurantes de Paris. Un placer poder dormir sin un sólo ruido. La contrapartida es que no tienes vistas, pero sólo tienes que bajar a la calle. La ubicación es excelente, hay de todo en la calle a 1 minuto (supermercado, panaderías, tiendas delicatessen, restaurantes de todo tipo). Y además al ser tan céntrico no hay nada (excepto la torre eiffel) que no quede a más de 30 minutos andando. Un verdadero lujo!!! Negative: La alfombra del salón era muy cómoda para tumbarse. Pero acumulaba un poco de suciedad y hacía un poco difícil ubicarse para comer en las mesitas del salón.

Wonderful Stay in Every Way
I was very grateful for the Habitat Parisian team. They were able to accommodate my last min trip without an issue. The team member Florence who met me and guided me through the flat was very kind to show me everything I might need to know during my stay. Any questions or requests I had, I felt comfortable to communicate them and received fast responses. Additionally, the flat itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet In a courtyard away from the main busy street but yet close to all the shops and centrally located. At time’s there were guests staying in the flat above who walked very loudly in the middle of the night which made it challenging to sleep, but thankfully there was a nice fan in the room that drowned out the noise from above. I felt right at home in the flat, and would recommend staying here or at any flat with the Habitat Parisian group to a friend.

It’s a beautiful apartment, very modern and elegant with all comfort and as a special surprise even with a Nespresso ☺️ The apartment is directly located in the 2nd Arrondissement in Paris so you can get all the attractions by walking around. Although the flat is in the heart of the pulsating atmosphere, no disturbing noises came into it. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Peace ar the very heart of Paris
Frankly, you can't find a peaceful place in Paris, surrounded of boutiques, restaurants, etc. At 30 min on foot of everywhere (Sacre Cour, Marais, Ile de la Cite, Panteon and Quarier Latin). The apartment is really cosy and comfortable. Even for a family of four like us. 100% advisable!!!!

Superb apartment and location
My family and I adored staying at this Paris apartment. It was tastefully decorated, had every comfort and amenity you could want and whisper quiet at night. Our greeter, Florence was wonderfully helpful. The street itself was absolutely charming and the restaurants and food shops were of the highest quality. Metro station within a few minutes walk, 15min walk to Louvre and 10 min brisk walk to Pont Neuf.We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris!

너무 좋았던 파리 아파트💕
박물관 접근성도 좋고, 한국의 먹자 골목같은 느낌도 있어서 늦은 시간까지 사람들이 북적북적하다. 그렇다고 집이 시끄럽지도 않고 조용해서 사람들이 많이다니는 거리 였어도 집에서는 밖의 소음이 전혀 들어오지 않았으며, 숙소안에 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 빨래하고 옷을 말리는데 너무 편했다. 간단한 취사 도구와 식기들이 있어서 집 앞 유 익스프레스에서 식재료 사다 간단하게 조리도 해먹고 모든게 좋았던 숙소!! 주변 사람들이 파리에 간다면 추천해 주고싶은 곳 :)
