Brilliant accommodation for a group/ family located near to Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette.
Positive: Location to great tourist attractions and markets for food. We walked to most attractions and enjoyed the variety of eating options in the area. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen allowed us to buy wonderful produce and cook for some meals. it was great to have a facility to wash clothes. Excellent security for access to the accomodation. Negative: No comment

Very responsive! Locating the key was easy and instructions were very thorough. We did have problems with the lock but they came right over and helped. The location was great, not too noisy. The bistro right in the corner is so good and welcoming! The metro is just down the street. The apartment was well appointed complete with ice tray! It’s a prefabbed shower, but great hot water. The beds aren’t great; really very nice cots. Overall good experience.

Sometimes you read reviews and all you see how great a place is but I truly wonder what are people’s expectations? How low expectations are for some. This place had floor noise I have not seen anywhere. Outside noise was something else. The second bedroom of you can call it a bedroom is actually a dungeon so scary to go up from this narrow staircase that if you have kids good luck sending them up there. Water heater was great. Linens were clean but overall this was a bad experience. Check in is completely messed up since you get the address first and after a while you realize that is not the address where you will be staying but where you get the keys. Good luck if you arrive with 4 luggages and taxi leaves and now you need to walk few minutes and get the keys. Anyway not recommended

The sound insulation is nonexistent. -Couch in uncomfortable to sit on -The downstairs bedroom is above a couple of bars/restaurants. We were there Thursday-Sunday are there were drunk people yelling outside every night. -The upstairs bedroom is quite cramped and low. No fresh air; the window is close to the ventilation duct of a restaurant, so at night the room smells like a kitchen. -You are sent links to an external site where you have to fill in extensive amounts of personal information -Communication was unclear, contradictory & unresponsive. Is done in many places: Airbnb, Whats App, E-mail, external website. Check-in time was communicated incorrectly. -For self check-in, had to go to their office first & then to a different location to search for a key. Weird

The airbnb was perfect! The space inside is really big, the beds are really confortable, the shower is so good. It has all the structure necessary to live in it. It has even hair dryer (and a good one). Heat all over the house. I have to say that the localization is perfect!!! Near Opera Garnier, near Louvre. It has supermarket just 2 minutes away. I hardly recommend this airbnb!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Parisian apartment. I loved the high ceilings and large windows. The location is a block away from a metro stop. We loved the delicious restaurant right next door (to the left when you exit the building). The Pharmacy (to the left when you exit the building) was very convenient. The woman who works there spoke fluent English and was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing our needs. I would definitely book this spot again!

A lovely flat very centrally located. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our two children, I’m not sure two adults would be as comfortable in the space but we felt the price reflected this. There was construction noise but it was wonderful, busy Parisian life. There were also noisy cafes and people out late into the evening but we thoroughly enjoyed the buzz of the city and my husband was able to work from the flat so it wasn’t overwhelming. The metro was steps away. A perfect stay in Paris for a family with two children (aged 5 and 7)

We wanted to stay at a typical French apartment and this was it. The space is quaint and was perfect for the three of us. But the construction across the street was a terrible surprise at 6 AM. There are regulations but they were obviously not being followed. I'd say it was ongoing from 6 AM to 7 PM. At the worst, workers were cutting sheet metal. We were out most of the day but often came back to change or refresh. I'd ask about the construction before you book. Be aware that if you leave your windows open, cigarette smoke from bar patrons below will come in. Not a problem with two adults and a teenager but possibly not for small children. The rental staff was nice but basically told us that we had to deal with it.

there are pros and cons of the space. The location is great and very close to Palais Garnier, was able to easily walk to the Seine (10-20 minutes). The space is also quite large and is a nice find for being in central Paris. For those renting in the near future there was construction going on which was very loud and started decently early in the morning so be aware and plan for that. Other than that, an enjoyable stay

We had a great stay at the apartment. There was some construction, so the mornings got noisy. We were expecting a dryer, but the dryer is a steam dryer, which is not a dryer at all. The location is great, with several nearby metro stops and the gorgeous palais garnier right nearby. Would stay here again.

We literally woke up to the smell of croissants everyday from the bakery a block away. The restaurant below was fantastic too. Metro station a few steps away. Walking distance to the Louvre. Great location and nice space. We visited in May and it was already quite hot in the city and hot in the apartment. Whoever stays in the upstairs room is unlucky. It’s extra warm up there and impossible to get any air because tiny window opens up to the vents of the restaurants located below (smells of fried food). Without fans being included to the accommodation, I cannot recommend for more than 3-4 guests who stay in bottom level.

Negative: L'accueil absolument pas professionnel sachant que c'est une agence et non un individu. La petite chambre est une sorte de pigeonnier plus adéquat pour des enfants que pour des adultes et faut pas être claustrophobes. Les conditions de cautions sont à la limite vu qu'ils la libèrent plusieurs semaines après alors que les cautions se rendent à la sortie des lieux... à se demander s'ils agissent en toute légalité!

It is a beautiful spacious apartment with enough room to chill with a group of friends in the kitchen or livingroom. It was clean with much light. The shower was really nice and clean. Only thing is that you smell the restaurant next to the house in the top bedroom when you open the window. But further than that we had a very pleasant stay. I would love to come back again!

This apartment is in a great spot to walk to the Opera, Galleries of Lafayette and of course tons of cafes and bistros. There is a subway stop just across the street and another major station within 5-8 minutes walk. We walked to the Louvre (about 15 minutes) and Notre Dame (about 25-30 minutes). There is only one toilet, its a half bath setup off the kitchen. The bedroom is common to the living room and a bathroom/laiundry room with a shower (also directly off the kitchen. If its not clear in the listing, the second bedroom is up a narrow, steep stairway off the kitchen. Overall this was a good spot for our family of four (two adult children) but we would've preferred a second toilet at a minimum. Entry to the building is very secure and well lit. There is a elevator but its typical for Paris buildings like this and only room for one or two max. We used the spiral stairs, this apartment is on the 2nd floor (third for us Americans).

We had a fantastic stay while staying here. This apartment is in a very central part of Paris where everything is in close walking proximity. You have the train down stairs across the street and a pharmacy, grocery store less then 2 blocks away! The place was spacious for us and we enjoyed being able to cook meals inside. When we arrived we noticed the apartment was not equipped with a dyson purifier as the listing advertised but had someone bring it over the next day. Be prepared that if you are looking for this when you arrive as we were, you may have to request it! In addition, all our electricity shut off unexpectedly in the apartment and we had no idea why. We later discovered that it was due to having the washer, stove and other things plugged running so the voltage capacity hit its limit resulting in all power shutting off. Apparently there is a France law that regulates power usage to conserve energy. It would have been nice to be informed of this, however I would recommend being mindful about using multiple appliances at once to avoid this from potentially happening to you. Overall we had a great stay and felt safe and comfortable :)

Positive: Location was fantastic, its in a safe, quite street yet close to train stations, bars and bistros. apartment had a very Parisien feel and fit the 5 of us quite comfortably and the apartment was already stocked with all the essentials we needed. Negative: Some of the floorboards around the dining area required some repairs.

Apartament funcional i operatiu. Sense pretensions. Simple i correcte.
Positive: -La ubicacio perfecta, a prop de 3 linies de metro. -Electrodomestics ok. -Roba de llit i tovalloles ok. -Menatge cuina ok. -Edifici tranquil. -Prop de farmacia i supermercat. -Pis net, tot i que la manca de manteniment integral fa que alguns aspectes quedin descuidats. Negative: -L'habitacio de dalt. Escales molt incomodes. Molta calor. No es podia obrir la finestra perque el pati interior feia molta pudor. -La taula es incomoda i no permet que estigui neta. Es molt maca, pero dificil de netejar. -Es un apartament que necessita d'algunes reparacions i restauracions. Cal un manteniment integral.

Great location, atmospheric apartment. Steep stairs to attic bedroom, and main bedroom a bit awkward as bed against the wall. Lots of living space and nice and warm. Champagne on arrival was welcome. Great fir our s day weekend for 2 couples.

Very nice apartment in great bustling location
Everything in the apartment was quite nice. Great to have laundry on site & great location (but you should expect a fair amount of street noises especially on weekends). The furnishings were comfortable, high ceilings and big windows lovely & the kitchen worked great. The only complaint was that there seemed to be no way to adjust the heat so the small bedroom got quite hot unless you leave doors to other rooms open which means less privacy.

Wonderful stay! Close to the Louvre, metro, shops and food.
Gracious host with great amenities including champagne, toiletries, and a booklet of directions/instructions. Amazing historical building with incredibly high ceilings. Great location, especially the access to metro. Very clean, although my son awoke from the sofa bed covered in bites. Not sure what it was but it would be good to look into. Thank you for such a great first trip (for me, others in my group have been before)! Mimi
